Alexander Technique is the study of how you go about the activities of your life. This summer, we are including Pilates, hiking, and other nature exploration as avenues for practice! There will be two Pilates classes each day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. These classes will be lead by local Pilates teachers from reFORM Pilates and Movement. In addition to this movement practice, the Clackamas River is nearby with opportunities for swimming and floating, as are state parks and areas for walking and hiking.
